hales marshall design architects has moved from the house to the garden, we applied for planning permission which was required as the height exceeded Permitted Development limits. We used a steel sub frame with a highly insulated timber frame construction for the studio –
- black stained larch clad garden studio
- sliding doors and fixed windows all by Maxlight
- electric under floor heating and “Mantis green” rubber floor by Dalsouple
- fit out – birch ply desks by Rencraft, shelving and accessories by Ikea!
- multi-use space – work, rest and a little yoga
